Transition from Development to Commercial Activities

With a recent CE Mark approval and pending European commercial launch, it is a time of great excitement and dramatic change for the organization. The CEO believes it is critical for the senior team to be fully aligned around key objectives as they make the turbulent transition from developmental to commercial entity.
